Rahim Khan & Company was formed 30 years ago, in 1981. It has grown since then, to be a well established firm in Botswana.

Currently, the firm employs 14 permanent staff, including 5 practicing attorneys. The firm promotes a courteous and friendly atmosphere, doing our best to put clients at ease and make them feel welcome

After nearly three decades of practice, we have the necessary experience and longevity that allows us to continue to provide services to our established clientele, as well as take on new matters.

Our dynamic team of attorneys understands the value of knowledge and is able to carry out legal research with a comprehensive selection of texts, as well as electronic research facilities to provide clients with an informed opinion. At Rahim Khan & Company, we believe in investing in the future. We regularly take in students from different universities, as interns, to give them an opportunity to acquire practical experience and a "feel," for working in this profession.

Our firm is fully computerized and we are able to liaise quickly with clients by way of email and other forms of electronic communication. We are able to take instructions in both of the official languages, Setswana and English, amongst others.

The size of our practice coupled with its computerization enables us to effectively service all our clients' needs and instructions. We strive, at all times, to maintain the  standards expected from our profession, and exercise our duties with presence of mind.
